Can I order more than one dozen(12 doughnuts)? Yes, simply place another order.
What is the minimum order? 12 doughnuts (one dozen).
The date I want say's that the date is booked, what does this mean? That we have reach the max amount of orders that our kitchen and drivers can deliver on that particular date and to ensure that customers that have ordered for that date receive their doughnuts fresh and early.
Do you have any locations open? Currently we only deliver to select areas in Northern VA. All our Northern VA area locations closed at the end of August 2019. There is a location in La Plata, MD but it is independently owned, separate from our delivery service.
Where do you deliver? Currently delivering to Aldie, Alexandria, Annadale,Arlington, Arcola, Ashburn, Burke, Chantilly, Centreville, Clifton, Dulles, Fairfax, Falls Church, Great Falls, Hamilton, Herndon, Leesburg, Mclean, Middleburg, Oakton, Reston, Springfield, Sterling, South Riding, Tysons Corner, Vienna, & Waterford in Virginia. More towns/cities coming soon.
Why do you only deliver, and why to only select areas? We prefer to not sacrifice the quality of our doughnuts and customer service by taking on too much cities. As we grow and mature into this new business model, we will start to add more drivers and delivery areas.
Do you cater to offices, events, baby showers, and or weddings? Yes, please use the contact form to inquire and we will try our best to respond to you in a timely manner. Locations for catering can be outside our home/office delivery service.
Why do you take so long to respond to messages? We are a very small family business (we would like to keep it that way) with a small staff of less than four, with hundreds of daily inquiries and hundreds of weekly orders. Yes, we can hire more staff, but what we focus on is quality, working in the kitchen and fulfilling orders as they come. Rest assured, if you have placed a order, your order will be fulfilled and handled with love from beginning to end. We send text messages the day we deliver.
Is my membership still valid? All memberships from 2017-2019 have expired. We may offer memberships again in the future. Stay posted.
Do you do custom orders? Yes, please inquire using the contact form.
Can I cancel my order? Yes, however, we ask that you cancel any orders 48 hours in advanced. If you ask for a cancellation/refund a day before your order date, we will not be able to respond/react in time to stop the fulfillment of your order, which is why we ask for 48 hour notice.
Can I request a refund if I am unhappy with my doughnuts? If you don't know what you are getting yourself into, please do not order. In rare cases, we will grant refunds if we deliver past 2pm without a text or call from our drivers, if the doughnuts get badly damaged during transit, or we completely fail to deliver.
