Do you accept call-ahead orders for same day pick-up?
No, we don't. Orders can be placed online here by 8pm before your chosen date. Dates will be remove as they fill up.
Do I have to wait in line if I placed a pre-order?
Absolutely not - If you placed a pre-order, you can walk straight to the front and one of us would be happy to assist you and retrieve your order.
Do I need to pre-pay?
Yes. All pre-orders have to be placed through our website in which you can use a card to pre-pay for your order.
Do you give quantity discounts?
Yes, on orders of 5 dozen or more and it must be placed 2 weeks in advance.
Can I order a flavor that is not available on the day of the week I will be picking up my doughnuts?
Unfortunately, we are only able to offer the selection of flavors available on our menu on the day of your order.
I have a nut-allergy, is it okay to eat at B. Doughnut?
B. doughnut is a nut-free facility. our children have nut allergies too so it is totally understanding.
Do you have gluten free or vegan doughnuts?
Sorry, we do not.
Do you deliver?
For large preorders over 5 dozen with a small delivery fee depending on radius.
Does B. Doughnut sell doughnut holes or doughnuts with holes in the middle?
We do not - it takes many hours to make our doughnuts which are known as malasadas (portuguese doughnuts). Malasadas are traditionally made with hole in and tossed in granulated sugar.
How do I keep my doughnuts fresh to eat the next day?
Since we do not use any preservatives in our doughnuts or fillings/glazes. It's best if they're eaten the same day - if you want to store them; you can leave them in the box they came in and pop them in the fridge. When you are ready to eat them again then you will just take them out and let it get to room temperature or pop it in the microwave for no more than 7 seconds.
Do you cater for baby showers, bridal showers, weddings, and other special events?
No, we do not. we will help fulfill large orders and will deliver it to your venue for a small fee within 15 miles radius or someone will have to pick up the order during our business hours. We do have an online contract and a non-refundable security deposit that will need to be taken care of if you want to secure the date. We do book up fairly quickly during the warmer seasons so it's best to contact us as soon as you have a date situated.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes we do. If you'll like to set up a tasting you would have to pre-order/prepay the doughnuts for us to set aside the day and once you come in, we will sit down with you and explain the different flavors. If you plan to proceed on signing a contract for your large order, we will apply what you paid towards your tasting to it. If not, then you will not get a refund.
Do you set up for the events?
We do not. Usually, we would just deliver our doughnuts in the boxes they come in and the on site coordinator would get everything set up or someone will pick up the order during our business hours.
Do you have single boxes as party favors?
We do not have favor boxes.
